Question #4:
My car was stolen and now I'm being investigated for insurance fraud. I'm only 18, help!!?
My car was stolen on Saturday. I was driving in the car with someone I thought I could trust and when I went inside a subway terminal to meet another friend I left the keys in the car and the person who was in the car with me took off with the car, my phone, my purse, and about $1500 worth of shopping bags and boxed furniture that I had just bought from Ikea.I called the police and they aren't doing much help. I've had to "investigate" a lot of this myself. The person who took my car doesn't have permanent housing so its been hard to track him down. I found out from the cops he has 4 other warrants out for his arrest for crimes relating to cars. Obviously, I didn't know that when I left him alone with mine.
After my dad filed a claim to our insurance company, they said they were going to begin an investigation and sent us a letter saying it was "within their rights" not to give us any money for the car. They think me and the person who stole the car are working together to get money off of them.
Their going to interview me and I'm really scared. The last time I broke the law was when I was five and tried to steal a barbie from Walgreens. I'm only 18 now and I don't even know how insurance or fraud work, never mind insurance fraud. They're going to accuse me. They only thing I'm really guilty of is being stupid/ naive/ gullible. I trusted a person who I should not have trusted.
My questions are:
1) How can I track down this person? I sent a messege on Facebook to all of our mutual friends telling them to keep an eye out.
2) How can I move the investigation from the police (who are on my side) along, when they aren't really doing anything?
3) What am I supposed to tell the insurance guy? What should I say?
I just want my car back. I feel so helpless, please help.
Question #5:
I've been discriminated against and has had people slander me at the workplace.?
I work at a furniture company. First 7 months I made furniture. They got really slow so they offered me a job in the lumber yard. So I took it. Come to find out later that the supervisor didn't want me there because I worked in the wood shop. Not about my work ethic, or character but that I worked in another department. Also he constantly bad mouths me to others that actually tell me everything he says. He also will not train me on certain machinery because he doesn't like me. He also complains to the owner. He always tries to get me fired, but the owner will ask others how I am and the tell him I'm a hard worker. Now it's to the point that he is turning others against me. I've talked to my co-workers and they are willing to testify and be a credible witness. DO I have a case for slander and discrimination? He has completely tore my character down for what? Cause I worked in another department.Question #6:

Question #8:
What to do about my girly boyfriend?
My boyfriend is a great person. He's a good listener and he's very caring. He likes to cuddle and he likes to buy me gifts. The problem is, he's..well, girly.
He will not do anything labor intensive. I've had to clean the backyard, by myself, two years in a row because he saw a spider out there once and he's afraid of spiders. In fact, he's also afraid of wasps and bees and when one flew in the house he tried to run.
A lightbulb burned out in the kitchen a while back and recently he asked me why I don't replace it. I was like "Uh, because I'm 5'5 and you're 6'4 and the ceiling is 8 feet hight so it's your job" and he still hasn't done it.
His idea of helping around the house is going shopping and buying soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.
When we moved in, with the exception of helping unload the truck, I had to move all of the furniture into each room and unpack everything myself.
I have to make all of the important decisions and figure out what to do in tough situations because he panics and screams at me to tell him what I want him to do, even when I was dealing with a dying family member, hadn't slept for days, and was stressed beyond belief. He's the same way at work, completely passive. He has worked in retail for 10 years and makes $10 an hour and has never been promoted because he has no leadership skills. Three of my friends made manager within a year and a half.
It's like WTF. I feel like I'm dating a woman. If I wanted to be the man of the house I'd be a lesbian.
Everytime I try to talk to him about this his voice gets high and he tells me "Well tell me what you want me to do!"
Should I tell him bye?
Question #9:

Question #10:
Is my friend being hypocritical and if so, why?
I told him the other day how old I feel seeing college kids at Wal-Mart and Target shop for furniture and supplies for their dorm rooms. I remember doing that like it was yesterday, though I graduated 6 years ago!And he's like "Be glad you don't have to go thru all that crap anymore!" "You focus too much on the past, man".
But when I told him we were on our way up for him and our other buddy to play a concert at their old summer camp from when they were teens.
They enjoyed their teen years, I loathed mine immensely.
What gives? Do people KNOW when they contradict themselves?
him and my friend didn't really enjoy college. They had their own thing going. One commuted, the other was sort of settled down already.
And Lucy Lou, I wasn't offended, was I really put down?
They weren't reminiscing about the old days and wishing they were back, jealous of the kids that get to go still"
I never said that about college. Im glad it's over. Stop painting me in a negative light just to appease the fact you're annoyed with my question.
Question #11:
Need advice on a baby crib?
I want to buy my 1 and a half year old baby girl a crib.I'm thinking of a electrified metal crib, because I don't want her to stand up using the vertical bars, I want her to learn to walk without using helping devices.
I've been in different furniture shops, but none of them seems to sell the one I want. I want an electrified crib, with the voltage of a dog fence or a little less, so it wouldn't harm the baby but would still shock her enough to not to touch the bars. I also want to know, if there are any softer (not as hard and cold as metal) options (that would still be electrified) so she would feel more cozy. And do they work with batterys or you plug 'em in?
Please answer. Thx!

Question #14:
What age did you get your child a double bed?
So - currently I´m living with my 12y/o niece and she has one of these narrow single beds that kids usually have. But I´m getting married in December so my niece, my fiancé and I are moving to a larger apartment and we´re buying all the furniture and stuff. I´ve been thinking that I could get my niece a double bed. I think it´s going to be more comfortable, her bedroom is large enough and once she´s older I would have to get her one anyways, so why not now? She likes the idea and my fiancé does not object either but the lady in the shop looked surprised and said that kids this young usually don´t have double beds. So I´m interested in what age you got a double bed for your child. Thank you.Question #15:
