Remember, you might change your bedspread in the future. I might not do yellow, as this is a very stimulating color. What do you use your bedroom for mostly? If it is just sleeping and relaxing, I would go with a calm color. I just painted my bedroom last week. I picked a very light grayish blue and the baseboards are all white. It turned out to be very spa-like and calming. Go to Home Depot for their little booklets with color ideas or check out a restoration hardware catalog. Good luck!
